Flowers to Amaze does not deliver on Sundays, unless it is Valentine's Day or Mother's Day.
Flowers to Amaze does not deliver on National Public Holidays. Orders Placed for these dates will be delivered the next business day.
National Public Holidays for 2007 are as follows:

- New Years Day, Mon 1st January 2007
- Good Friday, Friday 6th April 2007
- Easter Monday, Monday 9th April 2007
- Anzac Day, Wednesday 25th April 2007
- Queens Birthday, Monday 11th June 2007
- Labour Day, Monday 1st October 2007
- Christmas Day, Tuesday 25th December 2007
- Boxing Day, Wednesday 26th December 2007

Normal Delivery Days and Times

Normal Delivery Hours for Flowers to Amaze:
Between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. Between 9am and 11am on Saturdays.

Can I order flowers/gifts for delivery interstate or overseas?
We do not offer a service for our customers to send inside Australia and overseas on this website.
If you wish to place an order please contact us direct on ph 02-4722 2395 or email us and we will gladly assist you.
Same Day Delivery can only be guaranteed to major Australian cities if the order is received before 12pm Monday to Friday.
To ensure your delivery is made on the same day as you place the order, please place your order BEFORE 12pm, or you may be disappointed with your delivery time options. If you have special circumstances such as a late notice of a funeral, please contact us direct on 02 4722 2395 as soon as possible to arrange an order.

Can you guarantee a specific time for a delivery?
Flowers to Amaze cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfill your request but cannot guarantee it. All orders to businesses will be delivered by close of business, given that the correct delivery details and phone number have been supplied.

What happens if the recipient is not at home?
If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made, the flowers & gifts will be left at the recipient's front or back door, if our experienced couriers deem it is safe to do so. Otherwise, a calling card will be left on the recipients door,or in the letterbox asking them to call us to arrange a time suitable for re-delivery. Additional charges will apply.

What happens if the delivery details supplied are incorrect?
Flowers to Amaze will attempt to find the correct address. If the flowers are delivered to the address supplied by the customer and the address is incorrect, then if the flowers are recovered, Flowers to Amaze will contact the customer and additional charges may apply for re-delivery. However, if the flowers are delivered to an incorrect address and are not recovered, Flowers to Amaze cannot accept any responsibility for such loss.

It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of ordering.
